Copyright and other intellectual property rights

1. 2. We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable licence to use:

2.1 our website solely for your individual, private and non-commercial use; and

2.2 any content, whether downloaded directly or otherwise, for your own private, non-commercial use or for educational purposes, provided that you attribute any content as belonging to us and used with our permission.

3. You undertake and acknowledge that:

3.1 you shall not:

3.2 you shall:

(b) not do anything which could infringe either our or any third party’s intellectual property rights in any content of our website.
