ADAM IRVING
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr Irving assumed the role as Chief Executive Officer of Perron Group on 1 July 2022, following the retirement of Ross Robertson.

Mr Irving served as the Group's Chief Financial Officer from 2019. He has a strong background in finance with previous roles in a diversified range of industry sectors including property and banking. Mr Irving was CFO of listed company Automotive Holdings Group before his appointment at Perron Group.

His other commercial experience includes roles with Ernst and Young, global international property Group Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), GE Commercial Finance and Westpac Institutional Bank.

MICHAEL VERKUYLEN
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr Verkuylen is responsible for all financial reporting and statutory compliance, debt management and budgeting.

He has significant experience in accounting, finance and corporate governance with his former roles including serving as CFO of residential home lender, Keystart, CFO and Company Secretary with BNK Bank Corporation and consulting firm Ernst & Young in Perth and Sydney.

Mr Verkuylen is a Chartered Accountant and assumed his role as Chief Financial Officer of Perron Group in July 2022.

RICHARD HICKS
GENERAL MANAGER - GOVERNANCE,
TAXATION & RISK, COMPANY SECRETARY

Responsible for all governance, taxation, risk and company secretarial activities.

Employed at Perron Group since 1996.

ANDREW BYARS
GENERAL MANAGER - PROPERTY INVESTMENTS

Responsible for the management, development and acquisitions/disposals of the property investment portfolio. Mr Byars has more than 30 years’ experience in the retail property industry and is a Director of Shopping Centre Council of Australia and Property Education Foundation of Western Australia.

Employed at Perron Group since 2009.

GARY NETTLE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - TOYOTA WA PARTS DISTRIBUTION

Responsible for the wholesale distribution business that supplies parts and accessories to the Toyota WA Dealer network. Prior to joining Perron Group, Mr Nettle spent 18 years with Toyota Australia in various senior management roles.

Employed at Perron Group since 2007.

LINDA PYRC
GENERAL MANAGER - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DIVISION (ITSD)

Responsible for Information Technology Services across Perron Group and Toyota WA vehicle and Parts distribution. Prior to formally joining Perron Group, Ms Pyrc spent 21 years as a consultant for Bond Corporation, Toyota WA, AMCAP/AHG, Atkins Carlyle and Hamersley Iron.
